Washington, D. C. – Mrs. Sarah Cardon Turner, 97, former Logan, Utah, resident, died here Saturday morning at home of a daughter, of natural causes.

Born Nov. 30, 1862, Logan, to Paul and Susette Cardon. Married to Frederick Turner in Logan. He died in 1911. Member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors: sons, daughter, Lee C., Los Angeles, Calif.; Marriner C., Reseda, Calif.; Mrs. George (LaPriel) Picot. Washington, D. C.; brother, Moses Cardon, Logan; sister, Mrs. Martha Mary C. Merrill, Preston, Idaho; 11 Grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral and burial Wednesday, in Washington. D.C.

Former Logan Woman, 97, Dies

WASHINGTON, D. C. – Mrs. Sarah Cardon Turner, 97, former Logan resident, died in Washington D. C. Saturday morning at the home of a daughter of natural causes.

She was born November 30, 1862, in Logan to Paul and Susette Cardon. She married Frederick Turner in Logan. He died in 1911. She was a member of the LDS church.

Survivors are sons and daughter, Lee C., Los Angeles, Calif.; Marriner C., Reseda, Calif.; Mrs George S. (LaPriel) Picot, Washington, D. C.; a brother Moses Cardon, Logan; a sister Mrs. Martha Mary C. Merrill, Preston; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

The funeral and burial will take place Wednesday in Washington D. C.
