TOOELE–Mrs. Rosa V. Cardon, wife of Emanuel A. Cardon, died at a local hospital Wednesday of natural causes. Born in Sterling, May 18, 1879, she had lived in Hinckley for some 25 years.

Surviving are her husband and the following children: Mrs. Dency Stout, Boulder City, Nev.; Mrs. Irene Christensen, Tod Park; Emanuel Cardon, Mrs Fay Chalk and Ivins Cardon, Camas, Wash.; Mrs. Rosa Conk, Deseret, and Jess Cardon, Lehi; 36 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. in Hinckley

Note: The obituary indicates she died on Wednesday which would have been the 6th of September, her death certificate shows she died at 6:20 Am on Sept 5, 1944, from Myocardial insufficiency.
