On November 26, 2008, in Alexandria, VA. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty Cardon, his stepson, Don Marsee and wife Nelly, a brother, John A. Cardon and wife Edythe, his grandchildren; Dane, Carol, Derek, Robert, Mary and Brian, and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
