ROBERTSON, Wyo. – Robert Charles Byrne, 64, of Robertson and Lyman, Wyo., died Thursday after an extended illness.

Mr. Byrne had lived in Uinta County all his life and engaged in ranching in the Robertson area. He was a veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Chirstian Science Church.

He was born July 15, 1892, i Piedmont, Wyo., a son of John and Edith Claire Byrne. On July 7, 1920 he married Leone Robbins in Salt Lake City.

Surviving are his widow, four sons and two daughters, Samuel R. Byrne, The Dalles, Ore.; Harold Byrne, Robertson; Charles Byrne, Mrs. Dwight (Louise) Walker, Carol Byrne, Lyman; Pfc. George Byrne, Ft. Lewis, Wash; nine grandchildren, two brothers, Walter Byrne, Henry Byrne, Evanston; four sisters, Mrs. Mabel Alexander, Buhl Idaho; Mrs. Edna Mash, Ogden; Mrs. Mamie Share, Leroy, Wyol; Mrs. Clair Gourley, Winnemucca, Nev.

Funeral services were conducted yesterday.
