SAFFORD – Services for Ray Fred Blake Sr., 58, who died Thursday in Phoenix Baptist Hospital, will be at 3 p.m. Monday in the Solomon Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burila will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Mr. Blake, of 3325 W. Citrus Way, Phoenix, had lived in Holbrook for 12 years before moving to Phoenix in 1960. He was born in Graham County and was a member of the Lions Club and Elks Lodge in Winslow and the 70s Quorum of the LDS Church. He was a wholesale grocer in Holbrook and Phoenix.
Survivors include his wife, Clara; two sons, Ray F. Jr. and Jesse R., both of Phoenix; three daughters, Mrs. Carol Brockman of Las Vegas, Nev., and Mrs. Jeannette Hubbard and Miss Marilyn Blake, both of Phoenix, and four grandchildren.
