Ray Allen Farnsworth, age 66, passed away on December 30, 2016 in Beaver, Utah. He was born August 14, 1950 to Rodney Farnsworth, Sr. and Opal Ison in Mesa, Arizona.

Ray graduated in 1967 from Basic High School in Henderson, Nevada. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Corporal and was in Vietnam from 1967-1968. He was also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Ray worked as a car mechanic for 40 years. He worked for five years as a lock smith. Ray enjoyed electronics, cars and tools. He loved all of his children and was very charitable and always willing to help out. He never said “no.” Ray was beloved by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children Jason Farnsworth of Beaver, UT; Amy Loya (Cesar) of Las Vegas, NV; Brian Ebel of Beaver, UT; brother Rodney Farnsworth (Carolyne) of Mesa, AZ; sister Robin Farnsworth of Las Vegas, NV; and two grandchildren: Angela Loya and Sofia Loya.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Roydene Farnsworth (passed April 6, 2006), wife Pam Ebel (passed in 2014), brothers Kent Farnsworth, Earl Farnsworth, Melvin Farnsworth, Von Farnsworth, and sisters April Farnsworth and Donna K. Farnsworth.

Burial will be held at the Southern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada on January 10, 2017 at 12:40 pm. Arrangements are being handled by Southern Utah Mortuary. Online condolences can be made at www.sumortuary.com.
