CEDAR CITY – Mildred Cardon Walker Kleinworth, age 77, died July 8, 1985, at her home in Cedar City. 

She was born March 23, 1908, in Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Joseph Elmer and Lucinda Hurst Cardon. She married Emil Ernest Kleinworth on Feb. 11, 1932, in Holbrook, Ariz. The marriage was later solemnized in the Mesa LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include: three sons, Gerold Lynn of Cedar City, Wesley E. of Chenovalley, Ariz., and Frank J. of Las Vegas; 16 grandchildren and five great-greatchildren; four brothers and one sister, Earnest E. Cardon of Eugene,Ore., Eugene Cardon of Bloomfield, N.M., Udel Cardon of Ignacio, Colo., Lloyd Cardon of Winslow, Ariz, and Gladys C. Jack of Blanding, Utah.

Graveside services will be held Thursday at noon in Cedar City Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 11 to 11:45 a.m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary.
