Wife of Cardon Clayton Ruchti
BRADFORD – Mary Margaret (Walker) Ruchti, 65, died Friday at a Manchester hospital.
Born in Boston, she was a World War II Army Medical Corps veteran, serving as a medical/surgical technician, and was discharged with the rank of technical sergeant.
She worked as a cardiac laboratory technician at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester and was a member of the Reach for Recovery Program and the Great Books Literary Society.
She leaves her husband, Cardon C. Ruchti of Bradford; a daughter Beryl Polin of Palo Alto, Calif.; a son Cardon C. Ruchti Jr. of Laramie, Wyo.; a sister, Edna E. Herbert of Bradford; a brother, Henry M. Walker of Woburn, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
The family requests flowers be omitted and suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Bradford Rescue Squad, Bradford, 03221.
The Woitkowski Funeral Home of Manchester is in charge of arrangements.
