Ogden – Mrs. Mary Bell Cardon McLean, 68, former Ogden resident, but for the past 15 years a resident of San Diego, Cal., died in the California city Friday, according to word received here Sunday. The body is being brought to Ogden for burial.

Mrs. McLean was born in Malad, Idaho, March 2, 1867, a daughter of the late Edwin and Harriet Parry Bell. She was married to John H. Cardon, who died in 1908, and later was married to Joseph F. McLean, who died in San Diego several years ago.

Surviving are a son, Phillip McLean of San Diego; two sisters, Mrs. R.F. Swauger, Ogden, and Miss May Bell, San Diego, and a half-sister, Mary M. Anderson, San Francisco, Cal.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 10 a. m. in St. Joseph’s Catholic church here by the Rev. P. F. Kennedy. Burial will be in Ogden City cemetery under direction of the Larkin & Sons mortuary.
