Lucille Chamberlain Sanders Cardon passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at the age of 73. She was born August 18, 1942 in Kanab, Utah to Hugh and Ramona Chamberlain.
Lucille was the third of six children and grew up in Orderville, Utah. She loved to party with the grandchildren, sew dresses, dance, and talk with friends and family. She loved the church and always had a story or wisdom to share. She had great faith and was always praying for others. She believed mountains could be moved and never gave up on anyone no matter what. She believed that with the Lord’s help you could do anything you set your mind.
She is survived by her second husband, Earl Cardon, sisters Donna Graf and Sherrie Misel, brothers John and Brent Chamberlain, and children Sonya Hurst, Michelle Williamsen, Steven Sanders, Kevin Sanders, Stephanie Bate, Natalie Waddoups, Angela Wallace, and Michael Sanders. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Sanders, father, Wilford Hugh Chamberlain, mother, Ramona Anderson Chamberlain, and sister Yvonne Chamberlain Burr Christensen.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 20 at the Spring Creek 8th Ward Chapel, 235 East 550 North, Springville, Utah. Friends may call from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Orem City Cemetery. Condolences may be extended to the family at www.bergmortuary.com.
