Louis L. Cardon

LOGAN – Louis Leander Cardon, 55, who had been in the building and construction business in Logan since 1912, died Sunday at 8:40 p. m. at his home, 230 West First North Street, Logan, after a four-year illness.

Survivors include his widow of Logan; a son and four daughters, Mrs. Warren H. Dean, Bonver; Mrs. Warren A. Starr and Mrs. B. J. Pvrek, Logan; Mrs. Reed O. Blickmore, Ogden, and Lieutenant K. Lee Cardon, Camp Haan; Riverside, Cal.; nine grandchildren and three brothers, E. A. Cardon, Hinckley; C. P. Cardon, Indio, Cal., and J. L. Cardon, Colonia, Dublan, Mexico.

Services Set For
Louis L. Cardon

Funeral services for Louis Leander Cardon, 55, will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Logan Third ward chapel with Bishop Daniel O. Woodland officiating.

Mr. Cardon died Sunday morning at the family home 230 West First North street after a four-year illness. He was born July 27, 1888, in Taylor, Arizona, a son of Emmanuel Phillip and Amelia Merrick Cardon, He married Ada Pierce, January 1, 1912, in El Paso, Texas and had been in the building construction business in Logan since 1912.

Survivors include his widow of Logan; a son and four daughters, Mrs. Warren H. Dean, Beaver; Mrs. Warren A. Starr and Mrs. B. J. Pyrek Logan; Mrs. Reed O. Bickmore, Ogden; and Lieutenant K. Lee Cardon, Camp Haan, Riverside, California; nine grandchildren and three brothers, E. A. Cardon, Hinckley; C. P. Cardon, Indio, Calif., and J. L. Cardon, Calonia, Dublan, Mexico.

Friends may call at the family home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p. m. and Wednesday until time of the funeral. Interment will be in the family plot in Logan city cemetery.
