TOOELE-LeRoy Willard Cardon, 58, Tooele, died Wednesday at his home after a long illness. Born Aug. 15, 1907, Dublan, Mexico, to LeRoy P. and Margarette A. Call Cardon. Married Bertha Gay Aug. 3, 1933, Provo. Miner. Member, LDS Church. Survivors: Widow; daughter, son, Mrs. James C. (Maureen) Palmer, Hunter; Robert L., Torrance Calif.; four grandchildren; brothers, sisters, Mrs. Lorita C. Dymock, Tooele; Mrs. Aran V. (Belva) Call, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. George B. (Faye) Gunnell, Parker, Ariz.; Marvin, Los Angeles; Woodrow, American Fork; Junius W., Sunset, Davis County. Funeral Monday 2 p.m., Tate Mortuary, where friends call Sunday 6-8 p.m., Monday prior to services. Burial Tooele Cemetery.

Held for
LeRoy Cardon

Funeral services for Le Roy Willard Cardon were held Monday at the Tate Mortuary.

Mr. Cardon died Wednesday, May 5, at his home at 141 North Fifth Street, after an extended illness.

He was born August 15, 1907, in Dublan Mexico to Le Roy P. and Margarette A. Call Cardon and was married to Bertha Gay, August 3, 1933, at Provo.

He was a miner by trade and held membership in the L. D. S. Church.

Surviving are his widow, Tooele, a daughter Mrs. James C. (Maureen) Palmer, Hunter; a son Robert L. Toorence (Torance) California and four grandchildren.

Also surviving are the following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Lorita C. Dymock, Tooele; Mrs. Arlan V. (Belva) Call, San Diego; Mrs. George B. (Faye) Gunnell, Parker, Ariz.; Marvin Cardon, Los Angeles; Woodrow Cardon, American Fork, and Junius Cardon, Sunset, Utah.
