KJ Crompton, 25, of Springville, Utah died March 16 2004 as a result of an auto accident. KJ was born September 27, 1978 to Kathleen Arletta Brailsford Pitts and Kevin Lynn Crompton. He married Nikki Hughes, his one true love, on June 12, 1999
KJ had a happiness about him that was infectious. He loved his family and was generous with his love and didn’t hold back when he gave a hug. He was always the life of the party, always involved with family and friends. He stayed busy going out of his way to help others no matter the situation. He had many friends growing up and more along the way. He had the gift of gab just like his father and mother. He will be greatly missed.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and achieved his Eagle Scout rank. KJ loved dancing and was involved with a performing dance group in his teen years.
He graduated from Orem High School.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nikki, his son Ty Brent Crompton, his parents Kevin and Kathleen, sister Jennifer (Chad) Jones, grandparents, Clifford and Fae Crompton and Bert Brailsford.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 19, 2004, at 12 Noon in the LDS Chapel, 155 West 1600 South, Orem, Utah. Friends may call at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the Church on Friday morning from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. prior to service. Burial will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
