Kent Wilburn Cardon born March 25, 1938 to J.W. Cardon and Rose Cardon in Farmington N.M. Passed on March 17, 2014. Kent graduated from Farmington High School then attended Finley College. He married Helen M. Whited on December 9, 1961. Together they had 3 children, Daniel Kent Cardon, Cynthia Marie Cardon McWain, and Heidi Kathleen Cardon Firouztash.
He is survived by the love of his life, Helen Cardon, his 3 children, 2 son in laws Danny O’Neil McWain and Fredrik Reza Firouztash. He also is survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.
Kent retired from Celsius Energy Company in 1999. He was such a loving, compassionate son, brother, husband, father, papa, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be missed so very much, but we all know we shall see him again someday. He lived life to the fullest. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with all of them.
His favorite past time was fishing and enjoying time at the cabin and lake. All of his grandchildren will attest that he was the “greatest fisherman” on the lake!
