Wife of Vern Harold Pratt (3rd great-grandson of Philip Cardon and Martha Marie Tourn)
Kathleen Rae Brittain, 60, began a hard-earned rest on November 2, 2011, after cancer took her body but not her spirit. Born May 26, 1951, to Robert and Bobbi Brittain in Rapid City, Kathi was raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She graduated from HS in Newcastle, WY and attended the U of W in Laramie. In 1981 she begas a 30 year career as a caregiver for disabled children and adults. She is survived by daughter, Khivka (Pratt); son, Daniel and wife Angela (Pratt); son, Dean (Servida); brothers, Kerry and William; sister, Cathie (Wortham) and granddaughters, Aaliyah and Christina. She will be missed by all of those whose lives she touched. In liew of flowers, Kathi asked that donations be made to Ronald McDonald house of So AZ or an animal rescue.
