Jerry Eugene Cardon, 48, passed away June 19, 1999, at home after a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on June 25, 1999, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel on College Blvd. in Farmington. Arrangements are with Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home.

Jerry Eugene Cardon, 48, of Farmington passed away Saturday, June 19, 1999, at his home. Jerry was born May 3, 1951, in Farmington to Eugene and Ethel Cardon. He owned and operated Cardon Bail Bonds and Solarvoltaics, and he was involved in the Four Corners Area Search and Rescue Teams.
Survivors include his father and mother, Eugene and Ethel Cardon of Farmington; one sone, Chad Rogers and Kimberly of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one daughter Shayna Frankline and husband Shawn, of Oklahoma City; Chad and Shayna’s mother Vickie Cardon of Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Nedra Shumway and husband Jed of Mesa Ariz., Nadine Mead and husband, Allen, of La Plata N.M., Patsy Mead and husband, Glenn, of Farmington; two grandchildren, Makyla Franklin and Karson Rogers; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 25, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1st Ward Chapel, 4400 College Blvd. in Farmington, with Bishop Wendell Behunin officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Michael Mead, Sven Mead, Kevin Partington, Kevin Walker, Shane Larby, Jay Easley, Calvin Hall, Shane Green, Kevin Shumway and Kyle Shumway.
Honorary pallbearers are Allen Mead, Glenn Mead, Jed Shumway, Tristan Easley, Lane Allen, Bud Beasley, Dana Clevenger, Vince Ulibarri and Willard Washburn.
