McHugh, Frank D. ‘Mac’ resident of West Covina since 1969, passed away January 15, 1986. He was a well-known horseman and artist. Survived by wife, Maggie McHugh of West Covina; sons, Cleve McHugh of Poway and Peter McHugh of Vista; and 5 grandchildren.
Private services were held at Custer Christiansen Mortuary, Covina. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Californai Professional Horsemen’s Assn. Scholarship Fund, attn. Martin Cohen, 5155 N. Old Scandia Lane, Calabasas, CA 91302.
