RIVERTON – Frank Garfield Watson, 74, 13757 S. Redwood Rd. (1700 West), died Sunday, 6:20 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital after a long illness. Born April 26, 1884, Neola, Iowa, to John R and Emma J. Hayward Watson. Married Nora M. Guild Oct. 14, 1908, Salt Lake City. Farmer. Survivors: widow; two sons, a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Virginai) Tremmelling, Riverton, Guild L., Orem; John F., Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Roy, Hunter. Funeral Wednesday, 1 p.m. Riverton First Ward chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 12880 S. Redwood Rd. Frank Garfield Watson, 74, of Riverton, died Sunday at 6:20 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospital after a long illness.

He was born April 26, 1884 in Neola Iowa, to J. R. and Emma J. Hayward Watson. Married Nora M. Guild October 14, 1908 in Salt Lake City. He was a farmer.

Surviving are his widow; two sons and a daughter; Mrs. Kenneth (Virginia) Tremmelling, Riverton; Guild L., Orem; John F. Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Roy, Hunter.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at Riverton First Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial in Midvale Cemetery

Frank Watson was a well-known resident of Park City for many years, residing here with his family.

He was a brother of the late O. N. Watson and will be remembered by old time Park City residents.
