Costello, Vangee 94, of Phoenix passed away on November 13, 2013. Amazing wife, sister, mother and grandmother, devoted to serving others through scouting, youth sports and all types of school organizatons. She only had two children but many called her “Mom.” She is survived by her Son and 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Saturday November 23, at 2:00 pm.
