Mrs. Eva Swartzfager Corey, wife of Glen L. Corey, died at 7 o’clock last evening at the Dee hospital following several days’ illness.
Mrs Corey was born in Piedmont, Wyo., Feb. 19, 1892, the daughter of Dexter C. and Ida Guild Swartzfager. She was married to Glen Corey in September, 1916.
She is survived by her husband, her father and mother and the following brothers and sisters, Ray Swartzfager of Elko, Nev., Price Swartzfager of Berkeley, Calif., Vernon Swartzfager of Provo, and Kate Swartzfager of Ogden.
Mrs. Corey was a well known resident of Ogden. Her father is chief operator for the Denver & Rio Grandee Western Railway company.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 12:30 o’clock in the Ninth ward meeting house, Bishop W. O. Ridge will officiate.
The body may be viewed at the Larkin chapel Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 noon at the residence of her parents, 519 Thirty-first street.
Interment will be in the Ogden City cemetery.
