Edith M. Cardon, 74 years old, of Mesa, Arizona passed away on Monday, November 12, 2001.

Edith was born in East Germany on October 15, 1927, and moved at a very young age to Utah.

She graduated from West High School, was married and raised her family spending most of her life in Utah. They spent 13 years in Cedar City. They moved to Mesa, Arizona 11 years ago.

Edith is survived by her loving husband Louis; daughters Kathryn Cardon and Janet K. Lovell; sons Louis Phillip, Reed Ballard and Mathew A. Cardon; one sister Ruth L. and husband Karl Heinz-Sent; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Services were held Thursday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mesa with arrangement handled by Bunker’s Desert View Chapel.

Ther will be a visitation on Saturday, November 17th, 10 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, with a Graveside Service 11:30 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 S. Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, Utah. Arrangements handled by Larkin Mortuary.
