Earl P. Cardon, 62, of 1323 Mathias St., died Tuesday. Was lifelong resident of El Paso and was farmer and appraiser. Was member of Church of Jesus Chirst of Latter Day Saints. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Alice T. Cardon, and mother Mrs. Rhoda M. Cardon, El Paso. Sisters Ethyl Farnsworth, El Paso; Mrs. Mabel Webb, Farmington, New Mexico; Mrs. Eva Farnsworth, Mesa, Arizona; brothers, W. A Cardon Sr., L. L. Cardon and J Harold Cardon, El Paso. Nephews, Hugh F., William A. Jr., Thomas D., J. Wayne, Rodney H., Melvin J., Earl L., Charles H., and L LaVon Cardon. Earl Tenney, Don Jones, Dave Jones all of El Paso. And John M. Wilson. Jr., Albuquerque, New Mexico. Neices, Mrs Mildred Johnson, Phoenix, Arizona; Mrs. Hallie Marie Pratt, Springville, Utah; Miss Bonie June Cardon and Mrs. Margaret Reaves, El Paso; Mrs Doona Eiler, Albuquerque; Mrs. Joan Clark, Los Alamos, New Mexico. Funeral services 2 PM Thursday Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1625 Douglas Ave., with Bishop Jomes I. Young officiating. Burial in Evergreen. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 PM Thursday until funeral time. Active pallbearers will be William A. Cardon, Jr., Hugh F. Cardon, Thomas D. Cardon, L. LaVon Cardon.
