Donia Madison “Maddy” Grayless, 8, of Longmont, Colorado, died Tuesday, June 16, 2015, after a short, but courageous battle with cancer.
Maddy was born July 14, 2006 in Overland Park, Kansas to Brian and Jessica (Hall) Grayless. The family later moved to Longmont where she attended Fall River Elementary. Maddy has just completed the 3rd grade. She was an outdoor girl that enjoyed fossils and archeology. She told everyone that she was going to be an archeologist when she grew up. Maddy also enjoyed camping and hiking, art, drawing and factual books. She really enjoyed reading all of the Ripley’s believe it or not books.
Maddy is survived by her parents, Brian and Jessica; brother Bryce Grayless; sisters, Sarina Feddersen, Jasmine Antillon, Taylor Grayless and Isabelle Grayless. Grandparents, Martha Hall of Grantsville, UT, Brian and Tami Hall of Las Vegas, NV and Howard and Linda Grayless of Las Cruces, NM. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 20th at 10:30 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Stake Center in Longmont. Burial at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
