PINESDALE – On Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, Dad was released from his mortal pain and physical limitations into the loving arms of the God he loved and lived for. He died in the faith, and the reunion with the many loved ones who preceded him in death was a joyful day!
Dad was born to Anne Fernelius Jacobs, who is still living, and William Grant Stoker on Feb. 21, 1942. He was raised in Utah, served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and then moved to Montana in 1972, where he became an avid hunter and fisherman. He passed this love of the outdoors to his children.
He worked for numerous companies including Motorola, where he was top salesman many times, and Montana Electronics, where he is still missed. He was forced into early retirement due to failing health and since then has continued to enjoy his family, always keeping a positive outlook.
Dad is a loved husband, father, grandpa and great-grandpa. We all love and miss you! Hugs all around because now you can.
Funeral services will be held in the Pinesdale chapel on Wednesday, Jan. 4, with viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Pinesdale Cemetery.
Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com.
