Camille Bright Hart passed away October 12, 2003, surrounded by her family.
She was born on July 26, 1928 to Leah Merrill and Hazen Wesley Bright in Richmond, Utah.
On November 3, 1947, she married Jeddie Woodrow Hart in the Logan LDS Temple.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Utah State University. She taught school for 10 years in the Granite School District.
She also served three years in the Tabernacle Choir. She loved her family, writing two books about her family history: “Hart to Hart” and “A Look On The Bright Side”.
She also loved music, lilacs and having company. She was a woman of faith, courage and patience, bearing her trials without complaint. Every day of her life has been a gift and a blessing to us.
Surviving are her husband, Jed; children, Phillip (Debbie) Hart and Jane (Bruce) Hunt; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and her brothers and sister, Stephen (Carol) Bright, Louise (Lewis) Wiser, Mark (Cledis) Bright, and John (Kathy) Bright.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Ellen Hart.
The family wishes to thank Dr. James Revenaugh and Dr. Mark R. Lewis for their care of Camille as well as the wonderful staff at LDS Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Wednesday, October, 15, 2003 at the Hunter West Stake Center, 7035 West 3605 South. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 West 2700 South, and Wednesday 11-11:45 a.m. at the church.
Interment: 12 p.m. Thursday, October 16, 2003 at the Preston Cemetery, Preston, Idaho.
