Bobby Jane Meyer

Bobbi Jane Meyer, age 34, passed away of complications related to a bone marrow transplant at Anschutz Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado on July 11, 2011.

She was born on February 27, 1977 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of Neta Byrne & Robert Fenus. She married Michael Meyer on August 18, 2001 in Mountain View, Wyoming at the home of her parents. They moved to Casper, Wy where they began a family with a son Lane Michael Meyer, and a daughter Kendra Koie Meyer. Her children were her strength. Her fight was for the love of her children. She loved being totally involved in her children’s sports, the outdoors, and turbulent weather, sunrises and sunsets.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Meyer, a son, Lane Meyer, of Casper, and a daughter, Kendra Koie Meyer, of Casper, Wy. She is survived by her parents, Terry & Neta Jenkins, of Mountain View; her brother, Chris (Chelsea) and niece Harleigh Fenus of Evanston,; a chosen brother, Earl Barclay and nephew Caleb; brother, Shane (Sandy) and Taylor, Braydon, Jordyn, Jayden and Lexi Jenkins; and her father Robert Fenus, of Mountain View, Wy. 

She is also survived by her grandparents, Ed & Beth Fenus, of Mountain View, Wy.; Many aunts and uncles and one special aunt Joan Byrne, of Mountain View; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Nellie Byrne, Connie Jenkins, an aunt Kendra Koie Jenkins, and Uncle Quinn Jenkins.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 16 at 1:00 pm at Fort Bridger in Fort Bridger, Wy. 

Interment will follow services at the Fort Bridger Cemetery, Fort Bridger, WY.
