PROVO – Beverly J. Brown passed away at home in early February of natural causes. 
Beverly was born on December 1, 1926, in Salt Lake City to Rachel Sherner Brown. She spent most of her life in California, where she worked as a clerk at Travis Air Force Base, and later retired as a Civil Service employee. In her later years Beverlys niece, Karen Pace, helped her make the move from Vacaville, California to Provo. Beverly loved and cared for animals, such as her dogs, cats, and bunnies. She created paintings, needlework designs, and other handiwork.

Beverly is survived by her aunts, Genevieve Sherner of Ogden, and Carol Sherner of Salt Lake City, and several cousins.

She is preceded in death by her cousin and friend, Karen Pace; and her mother.

Bishop Roy Jacklin will conduct Graveside services at the Ogden City Cemetery 1875 Monroe Boulevard, Ogden, on Saturday, February 21, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.leavittsmortuary.com.
