Anna May (Cardon) Bish, 55, of Nampa, died Tuesday, October 17, 1995, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born August 7, 1940, in Hansen, Idaho, the first child of Royal D. and Dorothy (Beckley) Cardon.
Anna May graduated from high school in Seattle, WA. She and her three boys lived in Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska, while working on the Alaska Pipeline. She returned to Idaho in 1985. She has been working for Fred Meyer since its opening and worked many years in the pharmacy as a technician. Anna May and Jack married on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 1994.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jack Bish; her three sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Joy Tucker of New Hope, Minnesota, Steven and Angie Tucker of Idaho City, Terry and fiancee Shannon Maybon of Caldwell; her mother, Dorothy Cardon of Caldwell; three sisters and their husbands, Priscilla and Greg Brown of Sandy, UT, Darcy and Ray Kahler of Fairfield, CA, Jonette and Mike Atkinson of Salem, OR; one brother and wife, Royal S. and Chris Cardon of Bothell, WA; 7 grandchildren; her stepchildren, Jack Bish Jr. and his wife Glenda of Nampa, Christy Stone of Nampa, Carle Ode of Meridian, Jason Bish of Nampa, Carma Crow and husband Casey of Nampa.
She was preceded in death by her father.
The viewing was held Friday, October 20, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the church. Funeral services were Saturday, October 21, at 10 a.m., both were held at the LDS Caldwell North Stake Center on old Hwy. 30. Services were under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Memorials may be given to Mercy Hospice in Nampa.
