Ann Dahquist Sharp, 61, 149 Richard, Mountain View, Wyoming, passed away September 5, 2002 at a local Pocatello hospital following an illness. She was born July 21, 1942, in Jackson, Wyoming, to Henry Sigfrid and Mary Thomas Dahlquist. She attended Pocatello High School, graduating in 1959, continuing her education at Idaho State University from 1930 through 1961.
She married Gary Sharp October 15, 1964, in Malad, Idaho, and they would have celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary this year.
Ann was a member of Ruth Chapter 3, Order of Eastern Sar and a member of the Uinta County Historical Society.
Surviving her are her mother, Mary T. Dahlquist, husband, Gary Sharp and three children, Elizabeth Ann Lee (Darren); grandchildren Courtney and Afton Lee, Lyman, Wyoming; son, Brian Jay Shart (Virginia); grandchildren, Daniel Gilda, Gary Thomas and Robert James Sharp son, Thomas Andrew Sharp (Laura) and grandson, Dillon Mills. Also surviving are brothers, Andrew Lane Dahlquist (Neola), Lewiston, Idaho; Thomas Henry Dahlquist; and sisters, Emma Lee Reilly and Kristin Dahlquist, all of Pocatello. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry S. Dahlquist.
Funeral services will be Monday, 11 a.m., September 9, 2002, at the First Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends at Downard Hansen Funeral Home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and an hour prior to services in the Frost Room in the Church. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
