Angus Cardon McDonald, 71, passed away April 13, 1997 at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Born July 17, 1925 in Salina, Utah, the son of Angus and Grace (Cardon) McDonald. Married Dollie Audrey Winder June 22, 1947.
Cardon graduated from North Sevier High School. He graduated from Carbon College in Price, Utah. He served in the US Army, World War II. He was a salesman for various insurance companies. Cardon loved fishing, hunting and boating.
Cardon was a loyal member of the BPOE in Price and Murray. He is also a member of American Legion Post 71 and the VFW #7355. He was a member of the Jaycees and Jr. Chamber of Commerce in Price, Utah.
The family wishes to thank the kind staff at the Touro Hospital in New Orleans and the VAMC in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Survived by wife, Dollie; brother, Bartley (Caree) McDonald; sister, Darcia McDonald (Russell) Biddinger; four children, Gregory C. (Dianne) McDonald; Brenda McDonald (Doug) Holland; Dana McDonald; Kerry Jon (Jennifer) McDonald; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, April 17, 1997, 12 noon at Memorial Estates Mortuary, 5850 So. 900 East. Where friends and family may call Wednesday evening, 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 So. Camp Williams Rd.
